We provide onsite field services for
- Installation, repairing and trouble shooting
We have a team of trained field technicians who have experience of installing devices in vast variety of equipments such as cars, LMV, trucks, tippers, shovels, loaders, HEMM’s, cranes, hydras, generator sets etc. Taking into account the ill maintained condition of on road vehicles in India, we have our own indigenous installation and protection methods to minimize damage to the units due to faulty wirings.
We first try to remotely resolve the problem using remote access to device. If the problem cannot be sorted out our technician visits the site for trouble shooting. All our technicians have tools and spare devices to sort the problem then and there, thus keeping the service level obligations and device uptime as committed to our clients.
- Onsite customer training
We provide onsite training for variety of uses of our software. We have different modules catering to control room, IT team, fleet supervisors, executives, loading/unloading staff, executives and senior management. The training program is designed to enable our clients draw maximum productive output from our system .
We do design customize training programs for customers having specific business requirements. Our team of experts sits with clients and understands their requirements and problems. Based on that, we derive solutions so that they get maximum Return on Investments and make full use of the technology they are using.
