We carry out integration with ERP Software(s) such SAP, NAVIS, JDE, SAN, SPARCS etc mainly to access the Challan information & weight for a particular trip of asset.

With the integration – you have the weight information and information captured in challans like material, tonneage, destination, party name, Approved Kms, etc. This information when clubbed with GPS real-time information gives the more meaningful and direct outputs

• Generate Exceptions whenever there is a mismatch b/w challan and unloading location.
• Minimize vestibular destinations both inside the factories as well as warehouses.
• Alert end customer as well as control room staff about:
  • Alert the customer when the vehicle is about to reach its destination to minimize time spend in unloading.
  • Is available for loading/unloading at warehouse.
  • Is running late or is in time (using ETA module)
  • Possible deviation from authorized routes.
• Proof of Delivery (PoD) - Timely intimation that the goods have been delivered. Will improve customer service and speed up clearing of bills.
• Put a cross check on billing – Verify actual Kms run and fuel consumed v/s billed kms.
